We build the other way. One maker, one instrument, full attention. The house holds three practices: film tools that keep the maker in the frame, a school that returns education to dialogue, and a lab that questions the foundations underneath both. Each one is a different answer to the same conviction.

In 1984, Benjamin Bloom proved the conversation still wins: a student with a personal tutor performs two standard deviations better than one in a classroom. We have known for forty years what the best education looks like. We industrialised it away, lectures, timetables, essays, because conversation didn't scale. The wealthy never accepted that trade. They hired tutors. The two-sigma advantage never disappeared, it just became a luxury good.
Then AI arrived, and the industrial model's last defence collapsed. When any essay can be generated in thirty seconds, the essay stops proving anything. Universities across Europe are already reverting to oral examination, because a conversation is the one thing you can't outsource. So the question was never whether AI enters education. It's whether it enters as an unguided answer machine that hollows learning out, or as a tutor trained on the syllabus, accountable to faculty, that makes learning visible again.
We're not disrupting education. Education is returning to its oldest form, dialogue, and we built the only version of it that scales.
